What I'm more worried about is this happening again at one or more of the corners. Again, I don't really want to clearance everything as it's all ceramic coated, plus I'd have to get into the weld at the flange on more than one corner. I also really, *really* don't want to have to retighten stuff every so often, which is why I'm leaning towards the vband option.I'd try the lock washer stud fix I suggested before buying a whole new setup. Unless you want an excuse to upgrade which no one will complain about besides your wallet.
